Our service assists all airlines with a cross utilized baggage service system that has all delivery companies standardized and automated. This system will help keep any passengers that were inconvenienced informed in real-time status of mishandled bags. This new cross-utilized baggage system called GARC will automatically call any passenger on their mishandled bags. It automatically informs each passenger of the status of the mishandled bags from the time the airline retrieved the luggage and set it up for delivery to the time the luggage is delivered to the passenger.
